Beatification of John Paul II
Tour 1: Rome & Assisi
April 26 to May 3, 2011
Be present for the Beatification of “The Great Mercy Pope” in this pilgrimage led by Fr. Seraphim Michalenko, MIC.
The Marians, recognized as the authorities on the message of Divine Mercy, enjoyed a closeness with the Servant of God John Paul II, particularly because of this message. The Pope once told the Marian Congregation, “Be apostles of The Divine Mercy under the maternal and loving mantle of Mary Immaculate” (June 22, 1993).
The Beatification is scheduled for May 1, 2011 — Divine Mercy Sunday. This feast day was announced by Pope John Paul II in 2000 on the same day that he canonized St. Maria Faustina Kowalska, the Polish nun whose Diary records revelations from Jesus about His mercy.
