Tuesday, June 21, Day 2: PARIS – LISIEUX
We arrive Paris, France, where we are greeted by our English-speaking guide who will be with us for the entire trip. We board our bus and drive to Lisieux. Following Mass, we settle into our hotel for an afternoon of rest. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Lisieux. (D)

Wednesday, June 22, Day 3: LISIEUX – PARIS
This morning we visit Lisieux, home of St. Therese of Little Flower. We celebrate Mass and visit the magnificent Basilica. We watch a movie about the life of Saint Therese, visit the “Buissonnets,” the family home where Saint Therese spent her childhood, and explore the Carmelite convent. There, she remained cloistered until her death. Following lunch, we return to Paris. Dinner and overnight in Paris. (B.D.)

Thursday, June 23, Day 4: PARIS
This morning we visit the Miraculous Medal Shrine for Mass and to see the incorrupt remains of St. Catherine and the heart of St.Vincent de Paul in the Chapel of the Daughters of Charity. Nearby is the Church of St. Vincent de Paul, which we visit. This afternoon, we explore St. Chapelle and enjoy a panoramic tour of Paris. Our Panormaic tour includes a drive through the city stopping at the Arc de Triumph, the Eiffel Tower, and Notre Dame Cathedral (outside views only for all stops). Tonight, we enjoy seeing illuminated Paris from the Seine River during our dinner cruise. Overnight in Paris. (B. Special dinner)

Friday, June 24, Day 5: PARIS
This morning we visit Sacred Heart Basilica for Mass and Healing Hour (TBC). Enjoy an opportunity to explore the Montemarte section of Paris on your own during the rest of the day, which is at leisure. Dinner is at leisure. Overnight in Paris. (B).

Saturday, June 25, Day 6: NEVERS – PARAY LE MONIAL
Today we travel to Nevers to visit the Convent of St. Gildard, where the incorrupt body of St. Bernadette reposes. After she was blessed with eighteen apparitions of the Virgin Mary in Lourdes, St. Bernadette moved to Nevers, where she received her religious habit in 1866. Following a visit and lunch, we depart for Paray Le Monial, the cradle of the devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Our Lord Jesus appeared to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque to reveal His Sacred Heart. We visit the convent and the parish church where we celebrate Mass. (TBC). Dinner and overnight in Paray Le Monial. (B.D.)

Sunday, June 26, Day 7: ARS – LA SALETTE
Today we travel to Ars to visit the Shrine of the “Cure de Ars,” St. John Vianney, who is the patron Saint of Parish Priests. Following Mass, at the Shrine, we continue driving high up into the French Alps until we reach La Salette, where we will spend the night in the quaint village. Dinner and overnight in La Salette. Monday, June 27, Day 8: LA SALETTE
This morning we visit the beautiful Shrine of Our Lady of La Salette, located high in the French Alps. In 1846, a weeping Blessed Mother appeared to two shepherd children. She brought them a dire warning asking for repentance, prayer, and penance. We celebrate Mass at the Basilica followed by Eucharistic Adoration (TBC), and drink of the spring water that sprang forth from where Our Lady appeared. Dinner and overnight in the nearby quaint French village of La Salette. (B.D.)

Tuesday, June 28, Day 9: LA SALETTE – AVIGNON
We drive through the majestic scenery of the Alps toward the region of lavender and lemons known as Provence to the beautiful city of Avignon. Our city tour includes a visit to the Papal Palace, the former seat of the Popes (visit requires climbing stairs). Mass will be celebrated. After time to purchase Lavender products and other mementos of this beautiful region, we enjoy dinner and settle into our hotel for overnight in Avignon. (B.D.)

Wednesday, June 29, Day 10: CARCASSONNE – LOURDES
Today we drive to Lourdes by way of Carcassonne, a picturesque walled medieval town with the ancient Basilica of St. Nazare. Mass will be celebrated. Following a quick tour, we travel on to the Pyrenees region and the serene village of Lourdes, our home for the next three nights. We arrive in time for dinner and to participate in our first candlelight, Rosary Procession. Dinner and overnight in Lourdes. (B.D.)

Thursday, June 30, Day 11: LOURDES
We enjoy a walking tour of Lourdes, which includes a visit to St. Bernadette’s home, the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, the Miraculous Spring, the Shrine of Bernadette, and 12th century Castle. The afternoon is free for private devotions, visiting the Miraculous Baths, Confession, and other planned activities at the Shrine in which you can choose to join. Mass will be celebrated with renewal of our Marian Consecration. Following dinner, we again have the opportunity to participate in the beautiful candlelight procession. Dinner and overnight in Lourdes. (B.D.)

Friday, July 1, Day 12: LOURDES
Today we pray Stations of the Cross and have Mass and Eucharistic Healing Service in one of the Chapels of the Basilica. The remainder of the day is free for devotions, to return to the Baths, and some final shopping. Tonight enjoy a farewell dinner and our last opportunity to participate in the Candlelight Procession. Dinner and overnight. (B. Special dinner) .

Saturday, July 2, Day 13: RETURN TO USA
This morning early we drive to Toulouse airport for our flight home. (B)

This active program covers a good amount of ground each day.You need to be able to walk for 60 minutes straight and on uneven surfaces. Some stairs will be encountered.
