America is suffering from a spiritual crisis. Praying the Rosary has the power to transform this crisis into a blessing.

At least, according to the new 80-minute film "Power in My Hands" produced by the Wisconsin-based Rosary Evangelization Apostolate, founded by Marian Helpers Dick and Terry Bolden, under the spiritual guidance of Cardinal Timothy Dolan of New York.

This film features more than a dozen Catholics, some prominent, who tell their stories about how praying the Rosary helped them overcome life's difficulties and to encounter Christ more authentically.

It features evangelist Deacon Harold Burke-Sivers, who talks about growing up fatherless only to meet up with his father late in life and witness his powerful conversion through Our Lady and Divine Mercy. It features a mother of four, Nancy Salerno, who talks about how turning to Our Lady helped her to care for one of her children who suffers from a severe disability. More testimonies about the power of Our Lady through the Rosary come from evangelist Jeff Cavins and NFL quarterback Philip Rivers, among others.

This film also prominently features the conversion story of our very own Fr. Donald Calloway, MIC.

As someone who in his youth had embraced an immoral life of sex and drugs, Fr. Donald can testify as few others can about the Blessed Virgin Mary's power to banish Satan from our lives and reclaim our humanity in Christ.

"We've kicked God out of everything," he said. "Our schools, the workplace, everybody's got their own agenda and ideology. We're not welcoming of God. We've got so much craziness going on redefining everything, what it means to be a man, what it means to be a woman. Marriage is being redefined. People are just confused, and the world is getting more and more messed up. That's the fruit of not having God in your life — your reality falls apart. That's why we need the Rosary in a big way, because it brings back the fundamentals of the faith. It's Christianity 101."

"We need Our Lady's help. We need a mother's care. We need to respond," said Dick Bolden. "Individuals and families, regardless of their station in life, have a spiritual hunger, which needs to be filled with the love of Christ through Our Lady. We need to bring hope to others, and that is the core message for the film.

The film's world premiere was April 2018. To order the DVD, visit ShopMercy.org or call 1-800-462-7426. (Product code: POWDVD)
